For a split second we thought about buying a house rather than renting...ha ha to ourselves. The payments would be higher than thought because we don't have a down payment. Dang I don't know if we could ever have a down payment. Oh well, back to looking at rentals.

Don'tt worry...be happy! We seem to have bad luck with buying lately too. We may to join in the renting process if we can't find something we can buy. Wish us luck!
By the way, I found some houses on that one site you gave me that we might go look next weekend. Of course we're waiting to see if we're pre-approved first. PLEASE!!!! Wish us luck!!!
