Spencer "Daddy"

Spencer is finally in his senior semester of college. He is sooo excited to be close to finishing. He is ready to quit working as a CNA. He will have to take his boards to certify and to register. He just ended his second round of clinicals and has just one round left. He is working so hard studying, going to school full-time and working full-time. I don't know how he does it all and fits it all in, but I think he is taking very well. He started loosing his hair, which can be from children and all he does combined. He has made the decision to shave his head bald. One of his residents at the retirement center call him baldy and Hitler.
